Single-row crossed roller slewing bearing:11 serie

We manufacture the cross-roller slewing bearings of the 11-series with raceway diameters up to 5,000 mm and roller diameters of 80 mm. They have a single-row roller raceway angled at 45° and are characterised by a permanent torque resistance at different loads and a higher dynamic lifetime compared with equivalent ball slewing bearings.Besides ball bearing slewing rings the crossed-roller place also higher requirements at the stiffness and accuracy of adjacent construction.The Single-row Crossed Roller Slewing Bearing Type 11 consists of two seating rings. It has compact structure, light weight, and high manufacturing accuracy. Due to the small assembly clearances, it has high requirements for the assembly accuracy. The rollers are 1:1 cross arranged.
